This page explains how to send an item back to lipojewelries.com, who pays for what, and when you will see your money again.
1. Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the day the parcel arrives to change your mind. Items must be unused, unwashed and still have the original swing tags and packaging.
2. Cost of Shipping the Return
Return postage is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked courier; risk of loss stays with you until the parcel is delivered to our warehouse.
3. Refund Process and Timing
After the goods arrive, we carry out a brief inspection. If everything is in order, we submit the refund within two (2) business days. Your payment provider then needs additional time to post the funds:

*The time frames above are controlled solely by your card issuer, PayPal, or bank.
4. Steps to Start a Return
Within the 14‑day window, email [email protected] and tell us your order number.
We will reply within one business day with the return address and packing instructions.
Send the parcel and email us the tracking number.
On receipt and approval, we trigger your refund as described in Section 3.
5. Items Not Eligible
Requests made after 14 days.
Products showing wear, washing, stains, damage, or missing parts.
Custom orders or goods marked Final Sale or Non‑Returnable.
